Sara, about breathing

Question: How do I experience my own body?

Answer: Temporarily.

I am constantly fighting to regain connection with it – I check out of it for lengths of time, I find myself with shoulders forward, or chin out. I check back in.

Like breathing- it becomes automatic and I no longer know how ti feels- I understand it through a continuum of time, I push myself to elongate.

I wake up, periodically, to realize I am here, living in this body and it is alive and it is changing and it is knowing how to move again, and I will connect again and again.
